1. Acceptance of terms
CanadaFreight is a service published by DMS Logistics. By using the site or your CanadaFreight address, you accept the terms below.
2. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The update date is shown at the top of this page; you are notified by email of any significant change.
3. The service
CanadaFreight gives you an email address and an assistant that read the emails and documents you send them and draft replies for you. By default, nothing is sent without your approval.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the emails you forward and for the use of your account. Your first 10 runs are free; beyond that, a subscription is required.
5. Intellectual property
The site, the CanadaFreight brand and the service belong to DMS Logistics. Your emails and documents remain yours.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are monthly, paid by card through Stripe, and can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
7. What we guarantee
We do our best to keep the service available and accurate. Container information comes from third parties (carriers, terminals): check it before any binding decision.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
